With a Economics Masters from Uppsala University he combines both knowledge of finance and business development with a keen interest for new technologies, especially within clean tech. Together with three partners, he founded Phoenix BioPower in 2016.
Betta Maggio, Founder, and CEO of U-Earth Biotech. Having graduated from Architecture and Industrial Design Studies in Milan she became a serial entrepreneur and won several awards. It is her latest venture, U-Earth, which stands out. Via air-purifying bioreactors, the company uses the power of nature to clean the atmosphere of environmental pollution for the benefit of future generations.
Rolf Luchsinger, CEO and co-founder of TwingTec, is a physicist by training and has a long track record in both industry and applied research. Starting his career at ABB and later working at an innovative engineering company, he founded an R&D Center at the Swiss Federal Institute for Material Science and Technology, where he led the development of ultra-light wings which is the origin of TwingTec.
Belén Moreno is Sales & Marketing Coordinator at HySiLabs. She graduated from a master’s degree in international trade and innovation from the Université Rennes 2. It is in 2018, that she has her first contact with HySiLabs and hydrogen. After assessing the international opportunities for the company, she is back some years later to accomplish these worldwide ambitions by integrating the team.
Ruslana has around 20 years of experience as a Business Development manager and a head of HR. She also has more than 4 years’ experience in project management. Currently Ruslana works at TechNovator developing her own innovative project regarding a new method of energy transfer. She is passionate to bring disruptive wireless charging technology to the different market segments
Roisin heads up GKinetic’s business development, commercialisation and operations. She holds degrees in Commerce and International Sales and has led a number of projects and applications, securing millions in funding towards the development of the technology. Roisin is a passionate leader that believes in unlocking the clean energy potential of free-flowing waterways all over the world.
Dr. Martin Schichtel was born in Saarbrücken in 1969. He first studied chemistry and earned his doctorate in the field of materials development in nanotechnology. Following his studies, he held various positions at the Leibnitz Institute for New Materials, where he ultimately became head of the Department of Ceramic Materials. With the know-how acquired in R&D, he moved to industry and successfully built up the Smart Coatings department at ITN, among others, before founding Kraftblock with his co-founder Dr. Susanne König in 2014.
Dr Thomas Fudge is passionate about sustainable innovation and creating a circular future. He is the CEO & founder of WASE with a background in sustainable engineering and innovation.

Bas Sudmeijer is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Energy and Social Impact practices, currently focusing on climate and energy transition and utility transformations. He has deep experience in both the power and utilities, and oil and gas sectors. Before settling in the London office, Bas worked in BCG’s Amsterdam and San Francisco offices.
Xin Ma joined TotalEnergies (previous Total) in 2009, where she held several posts before TCNV, including the Group’s Deputy Chief Economist, the head of Equity Development in APAC, as well as the head of Asia for M&A and New Business for the Marketing and Service Branch. Previously she worked in Deloitte’s London office as associate manager. She is ranked n°4 at Global Corporate Venturing Rising Stars Awards 2021.
